Lee Schulte
The creative talents of Lee were discovered early on, when at the age of 8 while attending a private art school, a local medical doctor became aware of Lee and commissioned a chalk pastel to be hung among his “Group of Seven” collection (a famous group of Canadian artists). From that point forward it was clear that art would be a part of Lee’s future. He excelled at everything he put his artistic talents to, and would continue to expand and develop his craft to include air brushing. After taking a sabbatical from his professional art career to focus on air brushing, he became a star attraction at “Son Fest” in Washington State where he painted t-shirts. Continuing to perfect his medium, in 1987 he decided to further his education and entered college to obtain a degree in graphic design, where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour Roll, completing his four-year program in just two years. Lee is a master of visual arts, and lends his talents to the roles of sculptor, production designer and painter.
